Introduction: Fibroepithelial polyp (FEP) is a benign tumor that presented frequently in some of the organs like oral cavity, skin, colon and genitourinary tract, but airway rare. Case Presentation: We present rare case this paper, with recurrent bronchial FEP was near completely obstructed right main bronchus we managed her successfully interventional bronchoscopy. In report describe condition. Conclusion: Airway uncommon may obstruct airways rarely be our case.
